In order to reduce to acidity you can dilute vinegar with water. Add a few drops of dish-washing liquid for better results.
Paint thinner to Remove Oil and Grease

You can remove these stains using thinner and water. Simply dip a clean cloth inside the cup with the mixture and gently rub it over the stain.
